We hope that you are satified with your order but for what ever reason you are not and if you wish to return the Product(s). You have the legal right to return your order for a full refund within 30 days. However there are conditions as mentioned below.

• Your return period will end after 30 days from the day of delivery.
• Please inform us of you intetion to refund your order in writting by email or post with the returns form attached. Email us at stalialondon@gmail.com or Post at 123 King's Street, London Town, W1 1AB(Placeholder Address, please don't post here).

We aim to ship as soon as the product is ready. This is usally within 5 days of the order.

There are times when the product in stock will have to be custom made to order and ask you are paitent due to the nature of custom jewellery. We are always available for our customers and would be more than happy for you to contact us on stalialondon@gmail.com for an update on your product.

Is everything made to order?

For some products we will have products ready, however for others it will have to be made to order.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to ship within 5 business days. We send our products via Royal Mail first class. Therefore we aim to have your product in your hands within 7 business days.

Can I pick up my product in person?

Unfortunately we do not have the facility to do this at the current time all orders are sent via Royal Mail.
